Until then all new myhaventime users will be placed on a free trial. Once we launch these exciting updates, users can either remain on a free plan or upgrade to one of our new subscriptions for enhanced features and functionality.

Frequently asked questions

How does the free trial work?
When you sign up for your trial of myhaventime, you'll have access to all features on the myhaventime platform free for 30 days. And no, you don’t need to provide your credit card when you sign up for the trial.

What happens after the trial ends?
At the end of the free 30 day trial period, you will need to choose a plan and provide your credit card details if you wish to upgrade to one of myhaventime's premium plans. Alternatively, you can remain on our limited free plan. Note that any data you have stored on myhaventime is deleted if you decide not to continue using the platform. This is one measure we use to protect our customer’s data.
How can I buy your software?
After clicking “Buy now”, you will create a myhaventime account and immediately be able to purchase your software. At the moment we only accept credit card payment.

How long are your contracts? Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription?
Plans are month-to-month. You can start/stop or make changes to your plan at any time (but note that refunds are not given for cancellation or downgrades).
What support is available to make sure I’m getting the most out of myhaventime?
Customers on any myhaventime plan have access to online, email, and chat support. Additionally, prescriptive guidance is also available to ensure that you are set up for success.

How do you protect your customer’s data?
We combine enterprise-class security features with comprehensive audits of our applications, systems, and networks to ensure customer and business data is always protected. In addition, there is no advertising on the myhaventime platform and we never sell your data to any third parties, ever.
